Safran Electronics & Defence’s GSG Wavefront is a high-performance, compact solution designed to stimulate and validate CRPA Antenna Control Units (ACUs).
As part of the GSG product family, it complements GSG Anechoic by enabling realistic CRPA testing outside the anechoic chamber, while maintaining the same focus on accuracy, flexibility, and efficiency.
GSG Wavefront generates phase-synchronized RF signals in real time, enabling accurate reproduction of CRPA antenna behavior at the ACU level.
This ensures precise validation of beamforming, null-steering, and interference mitigation algorithms under controlled and repeatable conditions.
Leveraging multi-instance synchronization, GSG Wavefront supports advanced simulation scenarios, including high-dynamics trajectories for both GNSS and non-GNSS applications.
When combined with advanced jamming capabilities, it enables a wide range of operational and threat-representative test cases.
Delivered in a compact form factor, GSG Wavefront is optimized for lab, integration, and system-level testing environments where chamber access is limited or unnecessary.
It supports CRPA units with 4, 7, or more antenna elements, making it an ideal complement to chamber-based validation performed with GSG Anechoic.
